Our Flours

1800s Heritage Wheat

We grow & mill all our flours. This rare variety of wheat, called Rouge de Bordeaux , was proudly grown summer of 2025 here on the family ranch. This variety from history was the #1 wheat of French bakers in the 1800s, for its flavor & its gluten development. Many find heritage variety wheat easier to digest. This is the bread of Europe, grown here in Montana.

WHITE LABEL, sifted flour

All purpose flour. Easy to use. Perfect for breads, cookies, pie crusts--this flour does it all. Great flavor, great rise! A high protein Montana red wheat flour

BRONZE LABEL, whole wheat flour

Nothing added, nothing sifted away. This flour is excellent for whole wheat breads, graham crackers, etc. It contains the full wheat berry, bran and all. 

RED LABEL, wheat berries

100% Durum Wheat

Great pasta? Great pizza? It starts with durum wheat. Golden in color, rich in flavor, durum is the secret weapon of the finest pastas and pizzas at restaurants.
