We grow & mill all our flours. This rare variety of wheat, called Rouge de Bordeaux , was proudly grown summer of 2025 here on the family ranch. This variety from history was the #1 wheat of French bakers in the 1800s, for its flavor & its gluten development. Many find heritage variety wheat easier to digest. This is the bread of Europe, grown here in Montana.
